Coaching Services

This involves coaching one on one or with small groups in finding solutions to customer relationship issues such as:

  •  Ongoing Buyer/Seller clashes
  • Trading Terms disagreements
  • Negotiation planning
  • Negotiation impasse
  • Presentation design or delivery
  • Meeting agenda design
  • Team selling and negotiation

As required, Adrian also works in follow up to training sessions, coaching participants on the job.
